Alumni Achievement

Inducted by the University of Charleston
The University of Charleston's Jubilee 2000 weekend provided the backdrop for the latest induction into the Morris Harvey College/University of Charleston Alumni Gallery of Achievement. These former MHC/UC students and graduates represent a wide spectrum of regional and national leadership achievement. Persons selected for the Alumni Gallery of Achievement must have completed one year, or the equivalent, at Morris Harvey College/University of Charleston, and must exhibit truly outstanding achievement in a chosen career or community life. The inductees into the Alumni Gallery of Achievement all make an enormous contribution to both their community and their workplace. This year's inductees were Charleston Mayor Jay Goldman, artist James S. Gibson, and entrepreneur John M. Ranson.
